How long is each session?

Each session typically lasts 60 to 75 minutes, tailored to your goals and the day's workout. If you have time constraints, just let me know, and we'll make the most of our session. Your fitness journey is personalized and flexible to suit your needs and schedule.

I have never worked out before, and I feel intimidated. Is this normal?

Absolutely, it's completely normal to feel a bit intimidated when starting something new, especially with workouts. Everyone begins their fitness journey at their own pace, and I'm here to support and guide you every step of the way. Embrace the excitement of trying something new, and together we'll make your fitness experience enjoyable and empowering.

Can my friend and I workout together?

Absolutely! Working out with a friend can be a fantastic source of motivation and support. To ensure personalized attention and effectiveness, I am limiting the group size to no more than two people per session. This way, both of you can receive the focused guidance needed to achieve your fitness goals.

Where do we train?

I've designed a fully equipped gym at my home in Saint Rose for our sessions, ensuring absolute privacy and a comfortable training environment where you will feel confident and at ease.
